Re-roof with eRoof!

eRoof was fantastic to work with! Garrett H. and team helped us navigate a difficult hail damage insurance claim that dragged on for months. Thanks to the support from eRoof we were successful in getting a full roof replacement! Our job included a full roof replacement, gutters, window wraps, attic insulation and partial siding replacement. The eRoof installation team was on time, courteous, professional and thoroughly cleaned our property after the job was complete. We had a great experience and would recommend working with eRoof!

We chose Eroof for our siding replacement, along with new gutters and 2 patio doors replaced because of the competitive bid and solid reputation in reviews online, but you really never know until you work with them. From color and style selections to the actual install, the process was great. We are so pleased with the final product, and would recommend anyone thinking of their next home remodel project to look at Eroof.

eRoof responded to a tricky roof leak situation due to the poor design of our entryway roof. They demonstrated knowledge and experience in resolving such problems. They managed the work effectively and in a friendly way with good communication, taking initiative to get the work done promptly, and following up. They resolved a couple of minor concerns which were actually out of the initial scope. Highly recommended!

I was very satisfied with the good roofing installation work done by eRoof. They did far more than what I had anticipated for a very reasonable price. After the job was finished the project manager, Colton, followed up to insure everything was done correctly. He found a few very small things which I thought was Ok, but he had the crew return to take care of it. This company was very professional from start to finish. The first person that I met was Aaron, who was very nice, relaxed and no pressure type consultant. He was very thorough, answered all of my questions and the best thing I liked, he was not pushy. I give this company a 5 star rating and will recommend it to anyone who needs their roof install.

Everyone I worked with at eRoof did a terrific job with my garage roof replacement! From the beginning, they explained things very well, and if I had questions or needed something explained about insurance, they were good at answering my questions. At first I was concerned bc the company seemed relatively new, but the team members are all veterans who come from other roofing and construction companies - and they wanted a different take on the traditional company. Plus they had many good reviews from homes in my neighborhood. The estimate was very reasonable - competitive with what others were saying. But eRoof also mentioned details (gutters) and timing (quick turnaround) that had me sold. Overall it was a good experience.

We got bids for a roof replacement and gutters from 3 companies and eRoof stood out for their prompt, respectful communication; willingness to get on the roof with the insurance assessor to point out needs; and excellent follow through. They were surprisingly easy to work with, patient with our questions, and left our yard tidy. Their workmanship appears sound. They also made a few changes (that were more cosmetic in nature) to work within our budget.
